1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been shipped.
• Once an order is processed and handed over to the courier/shipping partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with their Order ID and registered contact details.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

• Orders that have already been shipped or delivered
• Customized, energized, or specially selected Rudraksha orders
• Bulk or special-discount orders
• International orders once dispatched

3. Cancellation Approval

• All cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by Rudrakshawala.
• Rudrakshawala reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on order status and product nature.

4. Refund After Cancellation

• If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on banks or payment gateways.
• Any transaction or payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Cancellation by Rudrakshawala

Rudrakshawala reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment failure or verification issues
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

In such cases, the full paid amount will be refunded to the customer without additional liability.

6. No Cancellation in Certain Situations

Cancellation requests will not be entertained in the following cases:

• Delay in delivery due to courier, weather, customs, or force majeure events
• Customer refusal to accept delivery after shipment
• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
