Rudrakshawala deals in Rudraksha and spiritual products, which are personal and religious in nature. Due to this sensitive nature, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure authenticity, hygiene, and sanctity of the products.

2. No Return / No Refund Policy

• Returns or refunds are not accepted once an order has been successfully delivered.
• Change of mind, personal beliefs, or dissatisfaction after delivery does not qualify for a refund.
• Natural variations in Rudraksha (size, shape, mukhi lines, texture, or color) are normal and do not constitute defects.

3. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered (different from the order placed)

To be eligible:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear unboxing video or photographs must be provided as proof
• The product must be unused and in original packaging

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.

4. Refund Process

• Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
• Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on banks or payment gateways.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Customized, energized, or specially selected Rudraksha orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Delay in delivery due to courier, weather, customs, or force majeure events

• Failure to accept delivery by the customer
• Minor differences in product appearance due to natural origin

7. International Orders

• All international orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
